When you arrive

 When customers arrive at the farm, they will be greeted and taken down to the cattery, where they will be expected to fill in a booking form. this gives us vital information about their cat. Informaition includes the owners address and phone number, the cats age, sex, colour and wether it is neutered or castrated. It will also include wether the cat has a microchip. When the cat was last vaccinated, and which vet the cat is registered with. Any special requirtements that the cat has will also be included on the booking form, as well as diet, The arrival and leaving dates will also be recorded.
